The University Hospital in Algeria has launched a private investigation into the death of a pregnant woman and her baby.
The hospital, located in Oran, agreed to reopen the case after confirming that there had been no negligence in the incident which happened in the obstetrics and gynecology department. It should also be noted that the case was opened per the request of the family of the deceased woman and her child.
In another incident that took place in the Municipality Delegate Municipality in Buamama, in Oran, eight individuals were left injured following a three-car collision.
A 70-year-old woman was severely injured in the collision and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
