SONATRACH Group CEO Toufik Hakkar yesterday installed several new Vice-Presidents at Group Management level following their appointment by the President of the Republic, the national energy company said in a press release.
“Following their appointment by His Excellency the President of the Republic, and in accordance with the articles of association of the Company, Mr. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the SONATRACH Group proceeded today to the seat of the Company, installing the Vice -Presidents appointed, “said the same source.
Thus, Mr. Mohamed Slimani has been installed as Vice-President “Exploration and Production Activity”, Mr. Amine Melaika is now Vice-President “Pipeline Transport Activity”, Mr. Nasreddine Fatouhi is Vice-President “Liquefaction Activity and Separation ”, Mr. Batouche Boutouba is Vice-President“ Refining and Petrochemical Activity ”, Ms. Fatiha Neffah is Vice-President“ Marketing Activity ”, Mr. Rachid Zerdani is Vice-President Responsible for Strategy, Planning and Economy, M Hadj Djilali Abouda is Vice-President Responsible for Finance and Mr. Fethi Arabi is Vice-President Responsible for Business Development & Marketing.
