Wilaya security agents in Bordj Bou-Arréridj took down a prostitution group working in the capital of Wilaya.
The group was found in a downtown house, where there were six individuals between the ages of 23 and 54 involved in the prostitution: the owner of the building, the women who were prostituting themselves and two customers.
Contraceptives, boxes of condoms, wipes, banknotes and other items were seized as evidence.
Some fights broke out between those involved in the prostitution and the residents of the area who were unhappy to have such business coming to the area.
The people apprehended in the crime are being held for trial.
