The Algerian Ministry of Public Works and Transport has tasked Cosidar-Public Works/Cosidar-Technical Installations with completing the tramway in the state of Mostaganem of Western Algeria.
Previously, the ministry had been working with a Spanish company that was not able to complete the project in the timeframe required.
A meeting was held recently to determine the change in the team that would complete the tramway with the Minister Abdelghani Zaalan; Wali Mostaganem, the official of the land transport complex for passengers; and the President and Director General of the Kosidar complex.
Construction will resume as soon as is feasible.
