The Criminal Court of First Instance and the Court of Appeal in Salé sentenced three individuals to three years’ in prison for their formation of an association that was planning on carrying out terrorist activities.
Two individuals were sentenced to two years’ imprisonment for praising terrorism activities and failing to report terrorist activities, as well as joining a terrorist organization.
The sentence was enacted as a way to bring a swift end to these individuals’ acts of involvement in terrorist activities.
