Hannibal Lease has been given a visa from the Tunisian Financial Market Council that will grant it a capital increase of 11,480 million dinars.

The breakdown of the allocation will be 8,610 million dinars per subscription in cash for 1,772,000 of new shares, 2,870 million dinars through reserves and distribution of 574,000 free new shares.

The pricing will be 8 dinars each and new share subscriptions will be paid in full.
