An e-payment project through mobile phones has been a big project in Libya.
The goal is to make it easier for individuals to make payments and purchases with only the use of their phone.
The Central Bank of Libya, in partnership with Al Madar Al Jadeed Co., is supporting the first phase of this project under the name SADAD. Customers will have the option to make payments and transfer money on a daily basis.
