The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is holding the Doctorales 2017 at the University of Béjaïa through Sunday.
There are 300 Ph.D students taking part, all of whom are in a variety of special studies at the university. The goal is to teach students about publishing techniques, as well as how to avoid plagiarism by understanding what it is.
The event also is an opportunity to teach students how to research and use their creativity to their advantage. Algerian experts and national trainers are heading up the multiple sessions.
