The CMA CGM annual survey is open

CMA CGM is always seeking to improve customer experience, and its worldwide annual customer survey is part of the continuous effort to enhance its service offer and meet the needs of its customers.

Areas of interest in the survey include response time, equipment condition and documentation accuracy.

This edition of the survey includes new questions designed to understand main daily challenges and to assess how easy it is to work with them.
