Commercial Bank International (CBI) has entered into an agreement with Dubai Police that will allow credit card holders with CBI to pay their traffic fines in Dubai.
The system will make it possible for individuals to pay their fines in interest-free installments over a period of three, six, nine or 12 months via the Dubai Police app, available in the Google Play, the Apple App Store, or the Dubai Police website.
The system comes as part of the Dubai Smart City initiative, which is seeking to make Dubai a more digitally friendly society through the use of mobile and online platforms. In addition to coming at a time when the city is seeking to make life more convenient for residents, CBI is also dedicated to helping their customers to have easy solutions for normal challenges.
