On the 8th anniversary of the revolution of February 17, the chairman and Board of Directors of National Oil Corporation (NOC) commemorate those who have died in the service of the country, calling for national unity and thanking oil sector workers for their continued service in the national interest. National Oil Corporation (NOC) chairman, Eng. Mustafa Sanalla, met with His Excellency Dr Milad Abdullah Al Taher, Local Government Minister of the Government of National Accord (GNA), on January 21, 2019, to discuss areas of joint cooperation and to address challenges impeding the work of Libyan oil sector companies. Eng. Sanalla highlighted projects that NOC is currently implementing across the country, particularly in Southern Libya, through its sustainable spatial development and partner cooperation programmes.

In response to fake news stories circulating in Libyan and international media today, Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) and National Oil Corporation (NOC) issue an official confirmation that no protests were made at its Hariga operations - either at the port, or AGOCO headquarters - in the last 48 hours.
