AMEN BANK and The Industrial Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) have formed an agreement for investment and financing cooperation in order to create a reliable collaborating between the two entities.

The agreements will have two forms of assembly and financing: allowance for syndicated loans that will finance projects underway in Tunisia and opening of credit lines that will benefit AMEN BANK for medium- and long-term loans for companies in Tunisia.

Funding will apply to all areas that are economically active, such as infrastructure, telecommunications, fossil and renewable energies, tourism, health, education.

Credits will fund private and public companies in Tunisia for investments in-country or in Africa and must be used for projects that have a portion in Chinese negotiations.

The agreement is meant to balance payments with China through loan funds.
