Minister of Energy Mustapha Guitoni welcomed the vice president of the African Development Bank, Hott Amadou, to Algeria on July 31.
The meeting was held at Guitoni’s ministerial department and the two came together to discuss their cooperation and the relationship of the African Development Bank and Algeria in the area of energy.
Amadou said he was pleased with the aid that Algeria has been giving and voiced his desire to have AFB come alongside Sonelgaz in the new investment plan, delivering technical aid where needed. Other topics discussed were the action plan of the Algerian government concerning energy, renewable energy and energy efficiency.
