Renault MÉGANE has been an iconic model for 25 years with 4 generations of vehicles sold and 7 million copies sold worldwide. New MÉGANE is a design revised in detail, a full range of engines, including the revolutionary E-TECH Plug-In hybrid technology, and even more technologies for safety and driving pleasure. And always two bodies: sedan or Estate.

An increasingly refined style

New MÉGANE is gaining maturity thanks to an even more refined design. The front adopts a new shield, a redesigned grille incorporating an entourage of fog lights with chrome rods and air deflectors, completed at the rear by a redesigned shield. The wings are more marked with the new side decoration and after dark, we will notice the exterior handles of light doors. 16 to 18 inch rims and a shark antenna give it an ever more rewarding stature.

All the lights now use LED technology. At the front, C-Shape 100% Led headlights and PURE VISION Full Led headlights are standard from the first level of finish. They increase the lighting range by 30% and offer the possibility of cornering lighting. At the rear, the 100% full LED lights incorporate new 3D effect lighting guides. All the turn signals offer the very high-tech (and very visible) flashing with dynamic scrolling.

Full of technology

Inside, we find the convivial atmosphere, very cockpit, of Mégane with MULTI-SENSE, electrically adjustable front seats, a steering wheel with a touch that is now soft from the first levels of finishes and new upholstery. The most impressive will be before the eyes with the appearance of the new 10.2 'full digital screen on the dashboard and EASY LINK offered on a 7 or 9.3' screen for a large digital tablet. This customizable system is compatible with Android Auto and Apple Carplay.

With the best driving assistance technologies (such as safety distance alert, lane departure warning or recognition of traffic signs), Nouvelle MÉGANE now has all the technological building blocks that make entry into the world of autonomous cars: lane departure warning, lane keeping assistant, highway and traffic assistant integrating the Stop & Go function. All driving aids are now grouped together on the steering wheel. These advanced technologies are supplemented by fatigue detection and active emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection.

RS Line version and limited edition Edition One

New MÉGANE offers a full range of engines and trim levels. In addition to the Life, Zen and Intens versions, we note the appearance of an RS LINE version. This offers a specific double diamond badging on the front fenders and on the rear trunk, a double chrome exhaust cannula, 17-inch diamond-coated alloy wheels, an aluminum pedals, specific fog lights, Alcantara upholstery RS LINE heated and enveloping with red stitching, stitching on the leather steering wheel.

This high-end sports trend offer is accompanied by a high-end offer oriented towards elegance with the limited edition Edition One. Available exclusively on MÉGANE sedan, it adds specific badging, titanium gray exterior mirror caps and specific 17-inch diamond rims to the Intens version. Inside, there are stylized elements in brushed aluminum, a massaging and heating electric driver's seat, leather upholstery and a heated steering wheel. This version includes the blind spot sensor, the rear collision detector and the Easy Park Assist parking assistant as standard.

… The renewal of MÉGANE also concerns its RS and RS TROPHY sport versions, awaited by our most sporty customers for their benchmarks in the category. These two versions adopt the 1.8 l direct injection turbo stemming from the synergies of the Alliance is also present on the Alpine A110.
