During the Eid al-Adha holiday in Algeria, which included approximately 51,000 traders recruited by the Ministry of Commerce for this purpose, the percentage of merchants' commitment to the maintenance was 99.88%. . Of the 1.9 million official traders active in Algeria, the percentage of traders who are collateral for the sustainable is 2.5%, up 47% compared to last year. Of the total 50,806 traders concerned with sustainability, 5.506 bakeries (+10 percent compared to 2017), 33.013 food, vegetables and fruit traders, 11.949 merchants were engaged in other activities, as well as 462 production units (136 dairy, 283 mill and 43 mineral water production units) ). In order to monitor the extent of respect for continuity, a total of 2.219 monitoring agents were recruited from the same Directorate.
