The African Parliament appointed civil society, Algeria, to organize the 2nd edition of the International Symposium on Illegal Immigration to be held from 19 to 21 November 2018 in Algiers after a selection process among five African countries. The second International Symposium on Illegal Immigration will be organized under the theme "Preparing Africa to Challenge the Migration Crisis and the Economic and Social Development of the Continent" and will bring together African actors in civil society, government economic agents, private individuals, researchers and academics as well as representatives of public bodies. In Algeria, such as the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the High Commissioner for Refugees, in order to participate in the work of this international symposium. One of the main objectives of this meeting is to provide concrete solutions to face the phenomenon of illegal immigration.
