Sirte Oil Company issued the following on July 26.

The delivery and receipt process between the company's former management and the new management took place on Thursday 26/07/2018 at the headquarters of Sirte Company for the production and processing of oil and gas.

The Board of Directors of the National Oil Corporation has issued a resolution No. (81) for the year 1349 AH on 24/07/2018 on the restructuring of the management committee of Sirte oil and gas production and processing.

The decision called for naming Mr. Naji Mohammed Ahfoun as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sirte Company for the production and processing of oil and gas and membership of:

Mr. Abdul Salam Mohamed Ali Al-Jabri

Mr. Salah Hamad Eileh.

Mr. Masoud Suleiman Musa.

Mr. Essam Miftah Bouhajar

The delivery process was attended by:

Mr. Ibrahim Bourbida

Mr. Mohammed Saeed Al-Shaeri.

Mr. Mesbah Mohammed Mesbah
