Moroccan Prime Minister Saad al-Othmani has said the government is constructing a regulatory framework for adopting employment under contracts with dirt communities.

The purpose of this framework will be to allow individuals and groups to lead projects throughout the country, thanks to their skills. The government is focusing on speeding up the various processes that the new legislation brings with it.

Othmani made clear that policies of youth promotion were focused on giving young individuals the ability to practice their employable skills while still young.
