Following the influx of Syrian refugees into Lebanon, the country has been requesting help from the international community so it can continue to support the 1.5 million new immigrants.
Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hriri said that the country needs help in order to continue what he called a moral and humanitarian responsibility to do.
Hariri has asked Cyprus, which is a member of the E.U., to help make a deal with the E.U. to increase the finances directed toward the aid of refugees in Lebanon.
