Despite the request that the election of two MPs be cancelled, the Constitutional Court refused to cancel the election.

The candidates challenged are Abdelaziz Aba of the Istiqlal Party and Abdullah Adbda of the Socialist Union of the Local Electoral District of Boujdour. The court stated that they would not cancel elections. 

The court also requested that a copy of its decision be submitted to the speaker of the Chamber of Deputies and to the parties that were worried about the outcome.
