The OCP's reported earnings for the second quarter and first half of 2017 were recently released, with first half 2017 revenues showing $2.33 billion, up from $2.22 billion in 2016.
Capital expenditures for the first half of 2017 were $748 million.
Second-quarter revenues were up from last year's $1.16 billion, coming in at $1.19 billion.
The first half of 2017 saw a number of achievements from commissioning the third fertilizer unit to constructing a new sulfuric line and power plant.
As 2017 has been a remarkable year for OCP so far, the company is still seeking to maintain momentum into the rest of the year, especially as it seeks to extend its rock export capacity and increase the fertilizer amount.
