Detainees from Al-Hoceima events have banded together to show their national pride and unwillingness to betray their country.
All of the detainees have been said to have been denied their fault in terms of secession and employment with third parties and that they only would state their patriotism toward their country and the Kingdom of Morocco.
The demands that were presented were only to have minors and students released so they can continue with their studies. Other detainees who will continue to be imprisoned are to be transferred to local prisons.
The Civic Initiative for Rural Affairs will be consulting with authorities about the appropriate action to take in regards to the demands. The committee hopes to meet with the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of State for Human Rights.
Hopes are high for the swift resolution of this situation.
