In President Abdelaziz Bouteflika's appointments to members of Ahmed Ouyahia's new government, Yousuf Yousfi was reinstated as industry minister and the trade minister was announced to be Mohamed Bon Mouradi.

Prior to 2015, Yousuf Yousfi was the Minister of Energy and Mines, before the department was disbanded.

Ben Mouradi is viewed positively as a honest individual and the appointment of the two new members is thought to be a smart move especially when it comes to public opinion.
