The The National Rail Transportation Company (SNTF) has informed its clients that a protest was declared on Aug. 16 by the heads of the rails of the Algiers suburbs.

The protest was declared after aggression of a colleague by a number of individuals on Aug. 14 in Birtouta. Its purpose was to call attention to a lack in civil responsibility.

Fortunately, normal services have resumed, and the SNTF apologizes for the inconvenience to its customers.
