Sirte Co. has improved the security in its areas of operation both in production and processing oil and gas.

The company has also started to install business wells for managing reservoir pressure and other areas of petroleum engineering, such as drilling and maintaining wells, wire work and performance of the wells.

Thanks to the improvements made to the security of the locations, work has been able to be brought back to the locations. A security assessment of the oil fields has been completed with the help of Schlumberger. 

The fields are Zaltun, Jabal, Wadi, Al-Lahib, Al-Muqail, Al-Sarra, Sahel, Hataybah and Istiqla.
