Algeria's National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development is seeking a fourth installment of 5 percent of the value of housing for those who were registered in September 2013.
Those who are paying the percentage are in Residential Program "2."
Additionally, individuals who have paid for three quarters, or 20 percent of the value of the housing, will be required to partake until 25 percent is paid. After this, they will be able to receive their keys and begin enjoying the home.
The first program is ending this year and the second program will be enacted.
The beneficiaries will be paying the final 5 percent, which will cover 10.5 million centimes for a three-room apartment and 13.5 million centimes for a four-room apartment.
