The Board of Directors named Rachida Bedabdallah as the new director, chairman and CEO.

The Board of Directors of AGMA Lahlou-Tazi met on June 6 at Société SNI with Chairman Mohamed Lahlou, who resigned as director, president and CEO of the company.

The Board of Directors named Rachida Bedabdallah as the new director, chairman and CEO.

The Board said Lahlou's efforts and work are greatly appreciated, but the company is optimistic about the new chapter with Bedabdallah's leadership.
